Empowering Motherhoods
Empowering Motherhoods was born on July-2022. I moved from Mexico to the USA on 2019. I packed a few things for me and my family and came to the Seattle area. It was scary and intimidating. My youngest boy was only 2 months old!! It was not easy at all.
After three years, I wanted to share my learnings and help other families starting a similar journey to know what to expect and how to make it a little bit easier. Specially to enjoy the most of your Motherhood and for Latin moms who are far from their family.

Let me share some of the things I feel really proud about from Empowering Motherhoods.

Three little drawings represent the pillars of motherhood. Let me explain a bit more 🤓: From left to right, the first little figure represents pregnancy, the moment when motherhood begins. The middle figure represents breastfeeding, the birth of the new baby, and the new mom’s bond through it. And finally, the figure on the right symbolizes the brain’s connection to these processes 🤱. I also decided on three because Trinidad comes from Latin, Trinitas, which means “a gathering of three.” Tell me, do you like the meaning? It’s very cute, isn’t it? ❤️”
